摘　　要：针对阀厅升降平台车应用中出现的载荷分布不均衡问题,设计一种实时监测并报警的装置。首先,选择适用于载荷分布检测的压力、位移传感器。其次,对传感器采集的信号进行处理,实现对载荷分布的实时监测和分析。最后,设计声光报警以满足户外作业场景需求。实验验证表明,该装置能够有效监测载荷分布情况,并在出现异常时及时发出警报,有助于保障设备和操作人员安全。In view of frequent occurrence of load imbalance in the application of valve hall lifting platform vehicles,this paper designs a real-time monitoring and alarm device.First pressure and displacement sensors suitable for load distribution detection are selected.Second the signals collected by the sensors are processed to achieve real-time monitoring and analysis of load distribution.Finally audible and visual alarms are designed to meet the needs of outdoor work scenarios.Experimental verification shows that the device can effectively monitor the distribution of loads and issue timely alarms in case of anomalies,which helps to ensure safety of equipment and operators.
