摘　　要：钢化玻璃绝缘子质量性能的优劣直接影响到电力系统的正常运行,特别是玻璃绝缘子自爆率备受关注。为了保证钢化玻璃绝缘子的正常运行,应在产品设计、原材料、制造工艺上严格把控,细化过程质量控制,稳定产品质量,降低生产成本,以提高产品市场竞争力,满足客户个性化需求。The performance of glass insulators directly affects normal operation of power system,and particularly,the self-explosion rate concerns customers a lot.In order to ensure the normal operation of tempered glass insulators,strict control should be carried out in product design,raw materials and manufacturing processes to specify process quality control,stablilize product quality,reduce production costs,improve product market competitiveness,and meet the individual needs of customers.
