摘  要:对福清“华龙一号”首堆下部堆内构件引入、翻转、吊装工艺进行分析。通过对比“华龙一号”堆型与国内已建核电堆型的厂房结构差异和安装工艺,提出下部堆内构件在引入方式、翻转位置确定、翻转区域布置、防侧翻装置安装等技术难点。围绕以上难点,采用对比分析、理论核算、受力计算等方法开展研究,论证了应对措施的合理性和可靠性。This work mainly studies the processes of introduction,flipping,and hoisting of lower internal components of the first reactor of Fuqing"Hualong No.1".By comparing the structural differences and installation processes between the"Hualong No.1"reactor building and existing nuclear power reactors in China,the technical difficulties in introduction method,flipping position determination,flipping area layout,and installation of anti rollover devices of the lower internal components are proposed.Based on the above difficulties,investigation is conducted using methods such as comparative analysis,theoretical accounting,and force calculation to demonstrate the rationality and reliability of corresponding countermeasures.
