摘　　要：针对境外燃气电厂竞标,对燃气电厂厂用电率计算方法进行了分析,提出了一种基于性能考核工况的厂用电率估算方法,有效提高了燃气电厂厂用电率计算的准确性与投标方案的竞争力。This paper analyses and discusses the estimation of internal power consumption rate with respect to overseas gas turbine plant bidding.It proposes an estimation method based on performance assessment conditions which facilitates calculation accuracy improvement and bid competitiveness enhancement.
