摘  要:设计并搭建一套用于滑油泵气液两相流动传热及空化性能测试的实验平台。该平台以旋板式滑油泵为实验对象,进行了滑油夹带气入口条件下旋板泵的气液两相流动特性实验,获得了旋板泵吸排油流量、泵出口压力时频特性、泵振动加速度时频特性、以及入口流型对旋板泵吸排油性能影响规律。结果表明,所搭建的实验平台能够完全满足滑油泵气液两相流动传热特性实验。同时也可开展能源动力类研究生教学实验。An experimental platform is designed and developed to assess the flow,heat transfer,and cavitation performance of the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the lubricating oil pump.The gas-liquid two-phase flow characteristics of the rotary vane pump under the gas-entrained oil inlet condition are investigated using the developed platform.The study obtains data on the suction and discharge oil flow rate,frequency characteristics of the pump outlet pressure,frequency characteristics of the pump vibration acceleration,and the impact of inlet flow pattern on the suction and discharge performance of the rotary vane pump.The findings demonstrate that the experimental platform can fully meet the experimental requirements for the gas-liquid two-phase flow and heat transfer characteristics in the lubricating oil pump as well as the experimental teaching for graduate students within the energy and power filed.
