摘　　要：高校实验室安全管理是基础性、持续性工作。针对实验室安全工作中管理职责不清、安全意识不强、安全能力不高和安全措施不力等问题,提出通过落实安全主体责任、完善安全分级分类管理体系、建立规范化标准化监管机制、健全项目风险评估与管控机制等健全管理体制机制;通过建设安全教育体系、加强宣传教育和演练等提升人的安全意识;通过提升安全管理能力、应急能力等规范人的安全行为;通过加强实验室安全基础设施的建设、强化安全检查、加强实验室安全研究与标准建设等保证设施设备的安全状态。University laboratory safety management is a basic,long-term,and result-oriented task.Aiming at the issues of unclear management responsibilities,weak safety awareness,low safety capabilities,and ineffective safety measures in laboratory safety work,this paper proposes improving the management system and mechanism by implementing the entity responsibility of safety,enhancing the classification and management system,establishing standardized and normalized supervision mechanisms,and improving project risk assessment and control mechanisms.It also suggests enhancing safety awareness through the construction of a safety education system,strengthening publicity and education,and conducting drills.Furthermore,it recommends standardizing safety behavior by improving safety management capabilities and emergency response capabilities.Lastly,it emphasizes the importance of strengthening laboratory safety infrastructure construction,continuously conducting regular safety inspections,and enhancing safety research and standard development to ensure the safety of equipment and facilities.
