摘  要:利用高温碳化法制备了荧光磁性钆掺杂碳点(Gd-CDs),其具有明亮的绿色荧光发射,荧光量子产率为32.6%,T1弛豫效率高达9.02 L·mmol^(-1)·s^(-1)。将Gd-CDs与卵巢癌特异性抗体Anti-HE4连接,得到的Anti-HE4/Gd-CDs纳米探针能对SKOV-3卵巢癌细胞进行特异性的荧光成像和T1加权成像,其荧光信号强度与SKOV-3的细胞浓度成正比,对SKOV-3细胞的检测限为658 cell·mL^(-1)。以该方法检测了血液样品中的SKOV-3细胞。Fluorescent magnetic gadolinium⁃doped carbon dots(Gd⁃CDs)were prepared using a high⁃temperature carbonization method.The prepared Gd⁃CDs emitted bright green fluorescence with a fluorescence quantum yield of 32.6%and a T1 relaxation efficiency of up to 9.02 L·mmol^(-1)·s^(-1).By conjugating with the ovarian cancer⁃specific antibody Anti⁃HE4,the resulting Anti⁃HE4/Gd⁃CDs nanoprobes could perform specific fluorescent imaging and T1⁃weighted imaging of SKOV⁃3 ovarian cancer cells.The fluorescence intensity was proportional to the concentration of SKOV⁃3 cells,with a detection limit of 658 cell·mL^(-1).This method was applied to the detection of SKOV⁃3 cells in blood samples.
