摘 要:目的对联苯双酯在慢性乙型肝炎肝功能异常患者中保肝作用的有效性和安全性进行Meta分析,为临床治疗提供证据支持。方法检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网、中国生物医学文献服务系统、维普和万方数据库中联苯双酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝功能异常患者随机对照临床试验文献,由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9篇文献,1987例患者。Meta分析结果表明,联苯双酯用于慢性乙型肝炎肝功能异常患者的治疗时,与对照组相比,血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)复常率和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)复常率差异均无统计学意义[RR=1.40,95%CI(0.99,1.97),P=0.06;RR=0.92,95%CI(0.81,1.06),P=0.26]。所有研究均未报道有严重不良反应发生。结论联苯双酯对慢性乙型肝炎肝功能异常患者保肝效果与对照组的其他保肝药物相当,且安全性良好,可供临床选择使用。AIM To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of biphenyldicarboxylate(DDB)in liver protection among chronic hepatitis B(CHB)patients with abnormal liver function,and to provide evidence for clinical practice.METHODS PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,WanFang database,VIP Journal Database and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database were searched systematically to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of DDB in the treatment of CHB patients with abnormal liver function.2 researchers independently screened the literature,extracted data and evaluated the risk of bias in included studies.Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.4 software.RESULTS A total of 9 RCTs with 1987 patients were included.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the alanine aminotransferase(ALT)normalization rate and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)normalization rate[RR=1.40,95%CI(0.99,1.97),P=0.06;RR=0.92,95%CI(0.81,1.06),P=0.26].No serious drug adverse reactions were reported in any of the studies.CONCIUSION DDB is as effective as other hepatoprotective drugs in reducing transaminase levels and liver protection with a good safety profile,which can be used in clinical practice.
