摘　　要：目的探讨ω-3多聚不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3 PUFAs)类药物对维持性血液透析患者微炎症反应的影响。方法检索PubMed、WebofScience和CochraneLibrary等数据库,筛选并提取2011年1月至2023年12月ω-3 PUFAs类药物对维持性血液透析患者微炎症反应影响的随机对照试验(RCTs)研究,应用Review Manager 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9篇RCTs研究。在降低维持性血液透析患者的C反应蛋白方面,ω-3 PUFAs治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义[MD=-2.73,95%C(I-4.18,-1.29),Z=3.72,P=0.0002];在降低白细胞介素-6方面,2组比较差异无统计学意义[MD=-13.97,95%CI(-21.58,-6.36),Z=3.60,P=0.22];在降低肿瘤坏死因子-α方面,2组比较差异有统计学意义[MD=-9.37,95%CI(-14.46,-4.28),Z=3.61,P=0.0003]。结论ω-3 PUFAs可以明显改善维持性血液透析患者的微炎症反应。AIM To investigateω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(ω-3 PUFAs)on the micro inflammatory response in maintenance hemodialysis patients.METHODS Databases such as PubMed,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library were retrieved for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)from January 2011 to December 2023.A Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.4 software.RESULTS A total of 9 RCTs were included.In term of reducing C-reactive protein in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis,there was a statistically significant difference between theω-3 PUFAs treatment group and the placebo control group[MD=-2.73,95%CI(-4.18,-1.29),Z=3.72,P=0.0002].There was no statistically significant difference in reducing interleukin-6(IL-6)[MD=-13.97,95%CI(-21.58,-6.36),Z=3.60,P=0.22].The difference in tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels between 2 groups was statistically significant[MD=-9.37,95%CI(-14.46,-4.28),Z=3.61,P=0.0003].CONCLUSION In patients on maintenance hemodialysis,ω-3 PUFAs can significantly improve the microinflammatory response.
