基于试验测试的某型电发火子母催泪弹的储存性能研究

摘　　要：对某型电发火子母催泪弹的储存性能进行综合考察,以储存期内、满储存期和超储存期的弹药为样本,对其点传火机构的点火性能进行测试;对传火药的组分含量进行分析,对主装药在体系中的分散情况、安定性能以及各组分含量进行表征和测试。结果表明:经5a存储后,传火药及主装药各组分含量基本稳定,变化范围均符合指标要求;点火管火焰长度和延期时间的平均值分别为345 mm和5.09 s,能够确保弹药击发时的可靠点燃和及时开仓;主装药的SEM图表明,各组分经长期存储后依然分散均匀,没有出现明显的质量变化;DSC曲线中,主装药存储前后的熔融吸热峰值和分解放热峰值稳定位移幅度小于2℃,表明该配方具有良好的安定性能。研究表明:该型电发火子母催泪弹在使用年限内作用可靠性高,且其使用年限有望延长。In order to study the storage performance of certain electric firing cluster tear bomb,samples were selected from the ammunition which were during storage time,attaining storage time and over storage time.Firstly the ignition performance of ignition system was tested.Then the composition content of starting mix was analyzed.Finally,the each component dispersion of the main charge in the system,the stability and the composition content of the main charge were discussed.The results demonstrate that:after storage 5 years,the each component contents’variations of starting mix and main charge are within allowable range of the standard after storage 5 years;the ammunition can be reliably set fire and timely ruptured to because the average flame length of ignitron and the average delay time of ignitron were 345 mm and 5.09 s,respectively.The SEM diagrams of the main charge show that the components are still distributed evenly after long-term storage,and there isn’t obvious qualitative change.The DSC results show that the stability of main charge is excellent,this is due to that the displacements of the melting endothermic peak and decomposition exothermic peak between unstored and stored main charge are less than 2℃.The above results indicate that the tested samples own the extremely high reliability during lifetime and the lifetime is likely to delay.
