摘 要:提出一种将广义随机着色Petri网(colored generalized stochastic petri net,CGSPN)和数据包络分析法(data envelopment analysis,DEA)相结合的资源配置评估方法。通过构建装备保障任务的CGSPN模型,实现资源配置方案的仿真推算,并使用超效率DEA模型对方案评估,对方法进行了仿真验证。结果表明:CGSPN-DEA模型能够实现对装备保障任务流程的仿真、保障资源利用情况的实效分析和资源配置方案的效率评估,可以为装备保障资源属性优化决策等提供依据。In order to study and analyze the impact of equipment security resource attribute changes on equipment security tasks,this paper proposes a resource allocation plan assessment model that combines Colored Generalized Stochastic Petri Net(CGSPN)and Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA).Firstly,the CGSPN model of equipment support task is established,and the simulation projection of resource allocation scheme is realized;secondly,the idea and method of evaluating the allocation scheme using the super-efficient DEA model are given;finally,the validity of the model is tested through the arithmetic example,and the influence of resource attributes on equipment support task is discussed according to the experimental results,and the optimization countermeasures of equipment support resource attributes are given.
