摘  要:针对传统的自行火炮维修保障效率低、综合性差,功能单一,以某自行火炮为研究对象,研究设计了一种综合性维修保障设备。详细阐述了电气设备状态评估、故障诊断及基于历史数据自动履历管理的设计实现,该设备具有在线和离线2种使用方式,在自行火炮战备训练前、中、后提供保障。经验证,该综合性维修保障设备功能完善、故障定位快速准确、综合性强、人机交互性良好,对自行火炮维修保障设备的高质量发展具有重要意义。In view of the current self-propelled artillery system complex,electrical equipment,maintenance support is difficult,traditional maintenance support equipment low support efficiency,poor comprehensive,single function problems.Taking a self-propelled artillery as the research object,a comprehensive maintenance and support equipment is designed.Considering the design scheme of the equipment from two aspects of hardware and software,the electrical equipment condition assessment,fault diagnosis and automatic history management based on historical data are described in detail.The equipment can be used in two ways:online and offline.Provide support before,during and after combat readiness training of self-propelled artillery.The practice has proved that the comprehensive maintenance support equipment has perfect function,fast and accurate fault location,strong comprehensiveness and good man-machine interaction,which is of great significance to the high-quality development of self-propelled artillery maintenance support equipment.
