大型装备结构温度稳定时间的测量及环境温度影响分析

摘  要:通过实验测量大型装备结构温度稳定时间,并研究了4种环境温度变化对装备结构温度稳定时间的影响,发现:1)通过实验测量有效获得了大型装备关键结构的温度稳定时间;2)同一温变速率下,相同温差的环境升温和降温对装备结构温度稳定时间无影响;3)在气候实验室中相同且较小温变速率下,环境温差的大小不会影响大型装备结构温度稳定时间。研究结果对于需要完成多种环境试验的同类大型被试装备,能合理安排试验项目,准确预估试验进度。Thermal stabilization time is an important factor affecting the temperature test process of large-scale equipment.In this paper,the temperature stability time of large equipment structures was measured by experiments,and the effects of four kinds of environmental temperature changes on the temperature stability time of equipment structures were studied.It was found that the temperature stability time of key structures of large equipment was effectively obtained through experimental measurements.At the same temperature change rate,the environmental heating or cooling of the same temperature difference had no effect on the thermal stabilization time of the equipment structure.For large-scale equipment at the same and smaller temperature change rate in the climate laboratory,the environmental temperature difference would not affect the thermal stabilization time of large-scale equipment structures.The study results played an important role in rationally arranging test items and accurately predicting test progress for similar large-scale equipment that needs to complete a variety of environmental tests.
