摘　　要：针对现阶段作战效能评估方法种类繁多,原理、适用范围不同,导致装备作战效能评估方法选取困难,以作战效能评估典型流程为切入点,重点对作战效能典型评估方法特性进行分析研究。首先,系统梳理了常用的数据预处理和赋权方法,从数学机理上入手,进行特性和适用范围分析;然后,从指标关系入手,介绍了聚合方法的处理步骤,并简要论述了典型作战效能评估模型的特性和适用范围;最后,利用实例计算研究评估模型与关键方法之间的关系,即数据预处理和赋权方法对能力聚合结果的影响。通过研究指出,需要掌握装备作战效能典型评估方法特性,根据具体指标数据结构选取合适的方法,才能客观准确地评估装备作战效能。专家打分法综合考虑作战实际,原理简单,操作方便,在作战效能评估过程中优势明显,可优先考虑专家打分赋权法。In view of the difficulties in selecting equipment combat effectiveness evaluation methods due to various types of combat effectiveness evaluation methods,different principles and application scopes,this paper focuses on analyzing and studying the characteristics of typical combat effectiveness evaluation methods based on the typical combat effectiveness evaluation process,so as to provide reference for the reasonable application of combat effectiveness evaluation methods.First of all,the common data preprocessing and weighting methods are systematically reviewed.On the basis of summarizing the above methods,the characteristics and application scope are analyzed from the mathematical mechanism.Then,starting from the index relationship,the processing steps of the aggregation method are introduced,and the characteristics and application range of the typical combat effectiveness evaluation model are briefly discussed.Finally,the relationship between the evaluation model and key methods,namely the influence of data preprocessing and weighting methods on the results of capability aggregation,is studied by case calculation.According to the research in this paper,to evaluate equipment combat effectiveness objectively and accurately,it is necessary to master the characteristics of typical evaluation methods of equipment combat effectiveness,and select appropriate methods according to specific index data structure.Expert scoring method comprehensively considers the actual operation,simple principle and convenient operation,and has obvious advantages in the process of combat effectiveness evaluation,so it can give priority to expert scoring method.
