摘 要:针对武器装备质量工作的规范化问题,建立了适应海军装备现代化发展趋势和装备质量控制工作的“MBSE”结构模型;采用“V”型技术分析质量存在的问题,设计了影响质量的系统模型及递归图,进行了系统动力学仿真,制订了符合装备质量工作规范化的模型方案,提升各级装备管理统筹装备建设、提高军代室谋划装备管理和军代表“T”人才质量工作。结果表明,该方法对装备质量规范化工作具有实际应用价值和指导意义。In response to the problems of inadequate standardization,outdated management methods,and outdated technology in weapon and equipment quality work,a research on standardization of weapon and equipment quality work based on the MBSE model is proposed.A“MBSE”structural model is established that is in line with the development trend of modern equipment in the Chinese Navy and the quality work of military representative equipment.The“V”technology is used to analyze the problems in quality,and a system model and recursive diagram that affect quality are designed.System dynamics simulation is conducted.Finally,a standardized model scheme that is in line with the quality work of representative equipment in the Chinese military is proposed to improve the overall planning and construction of equipment management at all levels,as well as the quality work of equipment management and military representative“T”talents in the military representative office.The results indicate that this method has strong practical value and guiding significance for promoting the continuous improvement of modern weapon and equipment manufacturing units in our navy,and for the standardization of equipment quality.
