摘 要:通过试验和非线性有限元计算研究了空气介质中不同条件下的聚能射流成型特征及对均质装甲钢的侵彻效应,进行了不同药型罩锥角的聚能战斗部静爆侵彻靶板的试验,分析了炸高、药型罩锥角和厚度、起爆方式等因素对射流成型和侵彻能力的影响,并通过线性最小二乘法拟合得到了炸高与侵彻深度的函数关系。结果表明:数值计算结果与试验结果具有良好的一致性;聚能射流侵彻靶板深度随着炸高先增加后减小,在射流颈缩断裂前呈线性关系;随着药型罩锥角的增加在最佳炸高下射流侵彻深度逐渐降低,锥角取50°~60°最佳;随着药型罩厚度增加,开孔直径增加,但侵彻深度减小;相较于中心起爆,环形起爆和面起爆形成的射流侵彻深度较大。In order to study the formation characteristics of shaped charge jet and the penetration effect on homogeneous armor steel,the penetration effect of shaped charge jet on homogeneous armor steel under different conditions was analyzed and calculated by the test and nonlinear finite element calculation program,the comparative validation tests of static explosion penetration into a target plate by warheads with different liner angles were carried out.The influence of blast height,liner angle,thickness of the standoff height,and method of initiation on penetration performance have been investigated,the relationship between standoff height and the penetration depth was obtained by linear least squares fitting.The results show that the numerical simulated results are in agreement well with the experimental results.The penetration depth of the jet into the target plate is related to the standoff height,the penetration depth initially increases and then decreases with increasing standoff height,at the optimal standoff height,the penetration depth decreases with the increase of the cone angle,and the optimal cone angle is 50°~60°.The penetration depth decreases with increasing the liner thickness,and the jet shape and penetration depth formed by the ring initiation manner are better.
