摘 要:提出了一种将软式加油与硬式加油结合并利用收放索控制的混合式空中加油概念。对硬伸缩管、软管及锥套建立了系统动力学模型,利用CFD仿真与数值拟合的方法分析锥套所受气动力,对混合式空中加油系统进行了动力学仿真。通过数值模拟和阻尼辨识对比分析研究了软管、硬管参数变化对系统稳定性的影响;探究了抑制锥套摆动的控制律。结果表明:硬管的抗弯刚度、频率、弹性模量及软管的弹性模量变化时,系统阻尼均出现峰值,软管的密度变化与系统阻尼呈正相关;采用收放索的PID控制可以有效提高系统稳定性。A hybrid aerial refueling system concept was established which combining hose-drogue aerial refueling and boom aerial refueling and utilizes retractable cables control.Established the system dynamics model for boom,hose,and drogue.Analyzed the aerodynamic force of the drogue by CFD and numerical fitting methods.Conducted the dynamic simulation of the hybrid aerial refueling system.Compared the influence of different parameters of boom and hose on the stability through numerical simulation and damping identification;Further exploration was conducted on the control law for suppressing the vibration of the drogue.The results show that when the bending stiffness,frequency,elastic modulus of the boom and the elastic modulus of the hose change,the system damping shows a peak,and the density change of the hose is positively correlated with the system damping;The PID control of retrieval and releasing steel cable could effectively improve the system stability.
