妇科宫腔镜手术的护理配合要点及结果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究妇科宫腔镜手术有效护理手段以及护理结果。方法:将2022年2月至2023年5月至滨州市中心医院行宫腔镜手术的76例患者纳入研究,按照患者入院顺序进行分组,前38例患者纳为对照组,实施常规基础性护理干预,后38例纳为观察组,在常规护理的基础上进行优化完善。结果:1)观察组SDS、SAS得分情况和对照组相比较,明显更低,组间差异较大(P<0.05);2)观察组住院时间以及手术时间显著比对照组更短,而手术一次性成功率显著比对照组更高,组间差异较大(P<0.05);3)观察组实际并发症发生率明显比对照组更低,组间差异较大(P<0.05);4)观察组满意程度明显比对照组更高,组间差异较大(P<0.05)。结论:将综合护理方案应用于宫腔镜手术患者中进行干预,不仅可以提高护理满意度,还可以改善患者在手术过程中出现的负性情绪,降低并发症发生率,应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the effective nursing methods and nursing results of gynecological hysteroscopic surgery.Methods:76 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in Binzhou Central Hospital from February 2022 to May 2023 were included in the study.They were grouped according to the order of admission.The first 38 patients were included in the control group and routine basic nursing intervention was implemented.The latter 38 patients were included in the observation group and optimized on the basis of routine nursing.Results:1)The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).2)The hospitalization time and operation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,while the one-time success rate of the operation was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05);3)The incidence of actual complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).4)The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing program in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery can not only improve nursing satisfaction,but also improve the negative emotions of patients during surgery and reduce the incidence of complications.It has high application value and is worthy of promotion.
