摘　　要：目的:分析基于知识产生-应用积极转化的护理干预方案对糖尿病患者血糖血脂控制与生活质量的影响。方法:于2022年6月至2023年10月,选择本院收治的糖尿病患者,共包括患者100例。随机数字表将患者分为两组。其中对照组中的患者由护士实施常规干预,干预组的患者行基于知识产生-应用积极转化的护理干预。比较干预前后的血糖血脂水平、治疗依从性及生活质量的差异。结果:实施基于知识产生-应用积极转化的护理干预方案后,干预组患者FPG、2h PG、HbAlc、TG、TC及LDL-C均显著低于对照组,HDL-C较对照组高,且干预组患者的治疗依从性明显更高,干预组患者生活质量方面较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:将基于知识产生-应用积极转化的护理干预方案应用于糖尿病患者中,患者的血糖血脂控制得到改善,提高依从性和生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of knowledge generation-application positive transformation nursing intervention program on blood glucose and lipid control and quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:From June 2022 to October 2023,diabetic patients admitted to our hospital were selected,including a total of 100 patients.A random number table was used to divide the patients into two groups.Among them,the patients in the control group were given routine intervention,and the patients in the intervention group were given nursing intervention based on knowledge generation-application positive transformation.The differences in blood glucose and lipid levels,treatment compliance and quality of life were compared.Results:After implementing the nursing intervention program based on knowledge generation-application positive transformation,compare to the control group,the FPG,2h PG,HbAlc,TG,TC and LDL-C in the intervention group were lower,and HDL-C was higher.The compliance was higher than that of the control group,and the quality of life of the intervention group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the knowledge generation-application positive transformation nursing intervention program to diabetic patients improves the patient's blood glucose and lipid control,treatment compliance and quality of life.
