摘 要:叶片性状在植物的遗传改良中具有重要地位,探究榔榆无性系间的叶片性状变异情况,有利于榔榆的良种选育工作。本文对22个榔榆优良无性系的叶长、叶宽、长宽比、叶周长、叶面积、叶鲜重、叶干重、叶厚和比叶面积进行调查统计,分析叶片性状差异,并对其相关性状指标进行相关性分析和聚类分析。结果表明:各无性系间测定的叶片性状均存在极显著差异(P<0.001),其变异系数均大于10%;比叶面积与其他叶片性状指标均呈负相关;聚类分析将22个无性系分为3类,第Ⅰ类包括7个无性系,第Ⅱ类包括1个无性系,第Ⅲ类包括14个无性系,其中第Ⅱ类无性系(SD02)的叶厚值最大,比叶面积最小,具备较好的抗旱潜力,可用于下一步榔榆抗旱品种的筛选。Leaf characteristics play an important role in the genetic improvement of plants.Investigating the variation in leaf characteristics among the clones of Ulmus parvifolia Jacq.(U.parviflora)will contribute to the breeding of superior varieties of U.parviflora.In this study,22 superior clones of U.parviflora were surveyed for leaf length,leaf width,length-width ratio,leaf perimeter,leaf area,leaf fresh weight,leaf dry weight,leaf thickness,and specific leaf area.The differences in leaf characteristics were analyzed,and the correlation and clustering analyses of these characteristics were conducted.The results showed significant differences(P<0.001)in leaf characteristics among the clones,with variation coefficients exceeding 10%.Specific leaf area showed a negative correlation with other leaf characteristics.Cluster analysis divided the 22 clones into three groups:Group I included 7 clones,Group II included 1 clone,and Group III included 14 clones.The clone in Group II(SD02)had the highest leaf thickness and the smallest specific leaf area,indicating good potential for drought resistance and suitability for selecting drought-tolerant varieties of U.parviflora in the future.
