克霉唑阴道片联合特比萘芬口服片治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 分析克霉唑阴道片联合特比萘芬口服片治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)患者的效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法 选取2019年2月—2021年1月在杭州市萧山区第一人民医院就诊的VVC患者200例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各100例。对照组患者给予克霉唑阴道片治疗,研究组患者给予克霉唑阴道片联合特比萘芬口服片治疗,治疗时间均为2周。比较两组患者治疗前后外阴瘙痒症状严重程度评分、阴道清洁度及临床疗效、复发率、阴道病原菌检测阳性率、不良反应发生率。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率(94.00%)明显高于对照组(79.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.105,P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组患者外阴瘙痒症状严重程度评分及阴道清洁度评分分别为(1.39±0.21)分、(2.73±0.29)分,研究组分别为(1.03±0.15)分、(1.78±0.21)分,研究组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组复发率及阴道病原菌培养阳性率分别为3.00%、3.00%,对照组分别为7.00%、6.00%,研究组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗期间药物不良反应发生率为3.00%,对照组患者为3.00%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论 克霉唑阴道片联合特比萘芬口服片治疗VVC患者相较于单纯克霉唑阴道片治疗方案对改善患者临床症状及炎症状态、促进阴道致病菌转阴、综合提升临床疗效更具优势,具有较高的安全性。Objective To analyze the effect of clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with terbinafine oral tablets in treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)patients,and provide a reference for clinical treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods A total of 200 patients with VVC who visited the First People's Hospital of Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,100 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets,and the patients in study group were treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with terbinafine oral tablets,all the patients were treated for two groups.Vulvar pruritus symptom severity scores and vaginal cleanliness scores before and after treatment,clinical efficacies,recurrence rates,positive rates of vaginal pathogen detection,and incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in study group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than that of patients in control group(79.00%),there was significant difference(χ^(2)=4.105,P<0.05).After treatment,vulvar pruritus severity score and vaginal cleanliness score in control group were(1.39±0.21)and(2.73±0.29)points,respectively,vulvar pruritus severity score and vaginal cleanliness score in study group were(1.03±0.15)and(1.78±0.21)points,respectively,vulvar pruritus severity score and vaginal cleanliness score in study group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the recurrence rate and positive rate of vaginal pathogen detection in study group were 3.00%and 3.00%,respectively,the recurrence rate and positive rate of vaginal pathogen detection in control group were 7.00%and 6.00%,respectively,the recurrence rate and positive rate of vaginal pathogen detection in study group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of drug adverse reaction in s
