摘　　要：目的 探讨腺病毒肺炎患儿外周血中微小核糖核酸(miRNA)-127-3p、miRNA-493-5p与miRNA-409-3p的表达水平及临床意义。方法 纳入2023年1—11月长春市儿童医院收治的腺病毒肺炎患儿100例为观察组,按照病情轻重分为轻度组和重度组;纳入同期在该院健康体检儿童30例为对照组。分别采集两组儿童外周血,采用qRT-PCR方法检测外周血中miRNA-127-3p、 miRNA-493-5p及miRNA-409-3p表达水平。结果 观察组患儿miRNA-127-3p、 miRNA-493-5p及miRNA-409-3p表达水平分别为(4.77±1.30)、(4.40±1.20)、(3.82±1.07),对照组表达水平分别为(3.15±0.54)、(1.71±0.58)、(1.49±0.54),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=6.605、11.770及11.410,均P<0.05)。轻度组患儿外周血miRNA-127-3p、 miRNA-493-5p及miRNA-409-3p表达水平分别为(4.35±1.06)、(4.01±1.06)、(3.36±0.82),重度组患儿外周血miRNA-127-3p、 miRNA-493-5p及miRNA-409-3p表达水平分别为(5.39±1.40)、(4.99±1.17)、(4.51±1.04),轻度组与重度组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=4.190、4.390及6.110,均P<0.05)。经ROC分析发现miRNA-127-3p、 miRNA-493-5p及miRNA-409-3p的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.741、0.828及0.859。结论 腺病毒肺炎患儿外周血中miRNA-127-3p、 miRNA-493-5p及miRNA-409-3p表达增高,且与疾病严重程度有关,有望成为腺病毒肺炎的生物标记物。Objective To investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of(miRNA)-127-3p,miRNA-493-5p and miRNA-409-3p in peripheral blood of children with adenovirus pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with adenovirus pneumonia admitted to Changchun children's Hospital from January to November 2023 were selected as the observation group,and they were divided into mild and severe groups according to the severity of the disease;Thirty children who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were included as the control group.The expression levels of miRNA-127-3p,miRNA-493-5p and miRNA-409-3p in peripheral blood were detected by qRT-PCR.Results The expression levels of miRNA-127-3p,miRNA-493-5p and miRNA-409-3p in the observation group were(4.77±1.30),(4.40±1.20),(3.82±1.07),and the expression levels in the control group were(3.15±0.54),(1.71±0.58),(1.49±0.54),and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=6.605,11.770 and 11.410,all P<0.05).The expression levels of miRNA-127-3p,miRNA-493-5p and miRNA-409-3p in the peripheral blood of children in mild group were(4.35±1.06),(4.01±1.06),(3.36±0.82),and the expression levels of miRNA-127-3p,miRNA-493-5p and miRNA-409-3p in peripheral blood of children in severe group were(5.39±1.40),(4.99±1.17),(4.51±1.04),and there were significant differences between mild group and severe group(t=4.190,4.390 and 6.110,all P<0.05).According to ROC analysis,the area under the curve(AUC)of miRNA-127-3p,miRNA-493-5p and miRNA-409-3p were 0.741,0.828,0.859.Conclusion The expression of miRNA-127-3p,miRNA-493-5p and miRNA-409-3p in peripheral blood of children with adenovirus pneumonia is increased,and is related to the severity of the disease,which is expected to become a biomarker of adenovirus pneumonia.
