摘　　要：目的 编制社区育龄妇女预防盆腔炎健康行为问卷,并检验其信效度。方法 通过查阅国内外文献、小组讨论、半结构式访谈及函询专家形成初始问卷。采用随机抽样法,2020年12月—2021年1月在衡阳市5个区随机抽取3个社区的353名育龄女性居民为研究对象,检验问卷的信效度。结果 最终形成27个条目,5个维度的社区育龄妇女预防盆腔炎健康行为问卷。探索性因子分析提取5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为60.754%;问卷水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.978,条目效度指数(I-CVI)为0.857~1.000;各维度的Cronbach′s α系数为0.782~0.881,问卷的总体Cronbach′s α系数为0.804;问卷的总折半信度为0.902,各因子的折半信度为0.824~0.919。结论 社区育龄妇女预防盆腔炎健康行为问卷具有良好的信效度,可有效评估社区育龄妇女预防盆腔炎健康行为。Objective To compile a questionnaire on health behaviors related to prevention of pelvic inflammatory disease among women of childbearing age in community and test the reliability and validity.Methods The initial questionnaire was formed by consulting domestic and foreign literature,group discussions,semi-structured trial interviews,and inquiring experts.Using random sampling method,353 female residents of childbearing age from three communities in five districts of Hengyang City were randomly selected as the research objects to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire from December 2020 to January 2021.Results A 27-item,5-dimensional health behavior questionnaire for prevention of pelvic inflammatory disease was finally formed;5 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 60.754%;the content validity index(S-CVI)of the questionnaire level was 0.978,the item validity index(I-CVI)was 0.857-1.000;the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of each dimension was 0.782-0.881,respectively,the overall Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the questionnaire was 0.804;the total half-reliability of the questionnaire was 0.902,the half-reliability of each factor was 0.824-0.919.Conclusion The health behavior questionnaire for prevention of pelvic inflammatory disease among women of childbearing age in community has good reliability and validity,and it can evaluate health behaviors of community women of childbearing age in prevention of pelvic inflammatory disease effectively.
