旅游型村镇聚落的时空演变及影响因素分析——以营口市熊岳镇为例

摘　　要：熊岳镇是中国东北的一个特色旅游小镇,兼具区位和旅游资源的发展优势,在新时代乡村振兴工作的研究中具有重要的学术价值。基于辽宁省营口市熊岳镇遥感影像数据、土地利用现状数据和社会经济统计数据,运用ArcGIS空间统计和空间计量方法对2011-2021年熊岳镇村镇聚落的时空演变特征展开研究,并结合实地调研数据总结了影响聚落演变影响因素。研究发现:熊岳镇村镇聚落2011-2021年的演变特征是乡村聚落的面积大幅度缩减而旱地的面积显著增加、农业用地主要向旱地转变。时空演变特征主要是区域内各聚落的分布比较稳定,在一定时期内几乎没有发生大规模的位移。聚落演变影响因素主要为自然因素和社会因素两方面,自然因素是演变的基础与原生动力,社会因素中的产业转型是造成演变结果的主要因素。基于研究发展现状和现实政策,对研究区未来发展提出政策建议:高度重视自然因素在聚落演变中的作用;充分利用社会因素推动聚落的转型和发展;加强交通区位条件的建设和改善;制定合理的聚落发展规划和管理政策。Xiongyue town is a characteristic tourist town in northeast China.It has the advantages of both location and tourism resources development,and has important academic value in the study of rural revitalization in the new era.Based on remote sensing image data,land use status data and socio-economic statistics of Xiongyue Town,Yingkou City,Liaoning Province,this paper uses Arcgis spatial statistics and spatial metrology methods to study the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of rural settlements in Xiongyue Town from 2011 to 2021,and summarizes the influencing factors of settlement evolution combined with field investigation data.It is found that the evolution of rural settlements in Xiongyue Town from 2011 to 2021 is characterized by a significant reduction in the area of rural settlements,a significant increase in the area of dry land,and a major change in agricultural land to dry land.The characteristics of spatio-temporal evolution are mainly that the distribution of settlements in the region is relatively stable and there is almost no large-scale displacement in a certain period of time.The influencing factors of settlement evolution are mainly natural factors and social factors.The natural factors are the basis and primary driving force of the evolution,and the industrial transformation is the main factor of the social factors.Based on the research and development status and realistic policies,policy recommendations are made for the future development of the study area:attaching great importance to the role of natural factors in the evolution of settlements;making full use of social factors to promote the transformation and development of settlements;strengthening the construction and improvement of traffic location conditions;formulating reasonable settlement development planning and management policies.
