摘 要:加快低能耗建筑的发展,对我国实现“双碳”目标和推进绿色低碳发展等具有重要意义。通过发放线上问卷的方式,运用结构方程模型方法,分析了从低碳能力、技术顾虑、经济顾虑、接受意愿、普及前景和购买行为维度对社区居民对于低能耗建筑认知的影响,结果表明:低碳能力对技术顾虑、经济顾虑对技术顾虑、经济顾虑对接受意愿、接受意愿对普及前景、普及前景和接受意愿对购买行为都存在着显著正向影响。基于上述结果提出:施工企业合理定价,政府应发挥政策导向,促使社区居民层面的接受意愿、经济顾虑与施工企业的建造意愿“两手抓”方可促进低能耗建筑的快速普及,并同时提高社区居民个体对低能耗建筑购买的倾向。Accelerating the development of low-energy buildings is of great significance for China to achieve the"double carbon"goal and promote green and low-carbon development.This paper analyzes the impact of low-carbon capacity,technical concerns,economic concerns,acceptance intention,popularization prospect and purchase behavior on community residents'cognition of low-energy buildings by distributing online questionnaires and using structural equation modeling.Based on the above results,it is proposed that the government should give full play to the policy orientation to promote the rapid popularization of low-energy buildings and increase the propensity of individual community residents to purchase low-energy buildings by promoting the acceptance willingness of community residents,economic concerns and the construction willingness of construction enterprises.
