摘　　要：运用利用灰色关联度分析方法,测度2009-2020年福建省社区卫生服务体系的影响因素大小,实证结果显示:关联度最高的是城镇居民家庭人均可支配收入,其次是执业(助理)医师数和社区卫生服务中心总数,病床使用率关联度最低,最后根据前文研究提出福建省在加强经济建设的同时,应提高社区医师专业技术,提升医师服务水平;丰富社区卫生服务项目,拓展社区服务模式;建立有效双向转诊制度,推动区域协同发展。This paper uses the grey correlation analysis method to measure the size of the influencing factors of the community health service system in Fujian Province from 2009 to 2020.The empirical results show that the highest correlation is the per capita disposable income of urban households,followed by the number of practicing(assistant)physicians and the total number of community health service centers.The lowest correlation is the utilization rate of hospital beds.Finally,based on the previous research,it is proposed that while strengthening economic construction in Fujian Province,the professional skills of community physicians should be improved and their service level should be enhanced;community health service projects should be enriched and community service models should be expanded;an effective two-way referral system should be established to promote regional collaborative development.
