摘　　要：抗战全面爆发后中国共产党东渡黄河开辟华北根据地,太行是其中重要的一块。面对复杂的政治局面、残酷的战争环境和广大农村的地域传统,中共结合形势发展及政权建设的需要,开展了规模化的调查研究。通过对支部发展状况和群众动员的调查,中共有针对性地作出适时调整,极大地推进了支部的建立巩固,也形塑了良好的党群关系。正是经过战争年代的斗争洗礼,调查研究不仅成为中共普遍性的工作方法,而且因其始终贯穿于根据地的党政建设和社会改造,逐步发展成为具有独特政党色彩的原则理念及社会治理范式。The CPC opened the Taihang base after crossing the Yellow River eastward into Shanxi.Faced with the complex political situation,cruel war environment,and vast rural regional traditions,the CPC had organized large-scale investigations and studies based on the development of the situation and the needs of political power construction.When the CPC strived to establish branch organizations in rural areas,its organizational mobilization for the masses was also more effective.Based on the judgment of the situation and the grasp of the direction of the revolution formed by the investigation and research,it had greatly improved the organization and operation of the CPC at the grassroots level and the survival of the regime,and also shaped a good relationship between the party and the masses.It was precisely through the struggle between ourselves and the enemy during the war years that investigation and research were not only promoted as the principles and policies of the CPC,but also developed into a unique working method,principle concept,and social governance paradigm with a unique political party principle due to its continuous involvement in party and government construction and social transformation in the base areas.
