摘 要:为明确天敌昆虫对黄瓜害虫的自然控制作用,以优势天敌昆虫异色瓢虫为对象,黄瓜棉蚜为猎物,采用HollingⅡ功能反应数学模型、寻找效应模型和HasselⅡ数学模型,研究不同虫龄异色瓢虫对黄瓜棉蚜的捕食功能反应。结果表明,在试验范围内,不同虫龄异色瓢虫对棉蚜的捕食量与棉蚜密度正相关,捕食功能曲线符合HollingⅡ模型,1~4龄异色瓢虫对棉蚜的最大日捕食量分别为31.25、66.225、192.308和370.370头,成虫最大日捕食量为124.20头;4龄幼虫对棉蚜的控制能力最强,a′/T_(h)值最高(372.119),其次为3龄幼虫、成虫、2龄幼虫,1龄幼虫对棉蚜的控制能力相对最弱,a′/T_(h)值最低(27.366)。不同龄期异色瓢虫的寻找效应与棉蚜密度均呈负相关,且在相同猎物密度下,4龄异色瓢虫对棉蚜的寻找效应相对最高。异色瓢虫成虫的捕食作用存在较强的种内干扰反应,拟合模型为E=0.6625P^(-0.8307)。综上表明,不同虫龄异色瓢虫对棉蚜均具有不同程度的捕食能力,尤其高龄幼虫和成虫捕食作用较强。In order to determine the natural control effect of predatory insects on cucumber pests,we studied the predatory functional response of ladybird Harmonia axyridis at different growth stages on Aphis gossypii in cucumber.HollingⅡfunctional response,search effect and HasselⅡmathematical model were used for our analysis.The results showed that the predation amount of ladybird Harmonia axyridis at different growth stages on Aphis gossypii was positively correlated with the density of Aphis gossypii.The predation function curve conformed to model of HollingⅡ.The maximum daily predation of Harmonia axyridis in 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th instar larva,and adult on Aphis gossypii was 31.25,66.225,192.308,370.370 and 124.20,respectively.The 4th instar larva exhibied the strongest control ability on Aphis gossypii,with the highest a′/T_(h)value(372.119),followed by 3rd instar larva,adult and 2nd instar larva.The 1st instar larva had the weakest control ability on Aphis gossypii,with the lowest a′/T_(h)value(27.366).The searching efficiency of ladybird axyridis at different growth stages was negatively correlated with the density of Aphis gossypii.And the 4th instar larva showed a higher searching efficiency on Aphis gossypii.In conclusion,there is a strong intraspecific interference response in the predation of adult ladybird axyridis,and the fitting model is E=0.6625P^(-0.8307).It can be seen that ladybird axyridis at different growth stages all have some predatory ability on Aphis gossypii.In particular,the predation by the older larvae and adults are strong,which provides a theoretical basis for scientific evaluation of the natural control potential of ladybird axyridis at different growth stages on Aphis gossypii.
