摘  要:为了防止梁柱节点脆性破坏以及提高梁柱节点的震后快速修复能力,提出一种在地震作用下损伤可控之后可被快速修复的带狗骨式削弱梁段的装配式梁柱节点。为研究该节点的抗震性能与修复能力,对修复试件在内的4个节点试件进行了拟静力试验,通过观测与分析得到了节点的破坏模式、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、应变分布、位移延性系数等抗震性能指标并对其进行了对比研究。结果表明:与栓焊连接节点和传统骨式削弱节点相比,新型节点具有更高的承载能力、耗能能力与节点转动能力;新型节点在地震作用下能够有效地转移塑性铰,防止脆性破坏;通过更换骨式削弱耗能梁段实现震后节点功能快速被修复的方案是可行的,且修复后的节点承载力与抗震性能仍维持在较高水平。In order to prevent the brittle failure of beam-column joints and improve the rapid earthquake-resilient ability of beam-column joint,a kind of earthquake-resilient prefabricated beam-column joints with dog-bone style weakening beam were proposed.To study the seismic performance and the earthquake-resilient ability of the joint,quasi-static tests were carried out on four joint specimens,including one repaired specimens.Through observation and analysis,the seismic performance indicators of the joint,such as failure mode,hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,strain distribution,displacement ductility coefficient were obtained,compared and analyzed.The results show that compared with bolted welded connection joints and traditional bone style weakening joint,the new joint has higher load-bearing capacity,energy consumption capacity,and joint rotation capacity.The new type of joint can effectively transfer plastic hinges under earthquake action to avoid brittle failure.The plan of quickly repairing the joint function after earthquake by replacing the bone style weakening energy consuming beam segment is feasible,and the bearing capacity and seismic performance of the repaired joints are still maintained at a high level.
