摘　　要：首钢冬奥广场N3-2转运站拟改造为办公性质的民用建筑,并要求保留原有工业风貌。根据检测鉴定报告结果,既有构筑物综合安全性等级为C_(eu)级,在后续使用年限内综合抗震能力不满足要求,必须采取加固措施。本工程采用屈曲约束支撑既解决了改造后建筑高度超限的问题;同时提高结构的阻尼比,减小了地震作用,一定程度上降低了结构的加固量,提高工程经济效益。框架柱采用外包型钢法加固,既解决了柱轴压比超限的问题,也提高了柱承载力。通过以上措施,将工业构筑物改造为民用建筑,同时又实现了保留原有工业风貌,对加固改造工程有一定的借鉴意义。The N3-2 transfer station of Shougang Winter Olympic Square is planned to be transformed into a civil building of office nature,and it is required to retain the original industrial style.According to the results of the inspection and appraisal report,the comprehensive safety level of the existing structures is C_(eu),and the comprehensive seismic capacity does not meet the requirements within the subsequent service life,so reinforcement measures must be taken.In this project,buckling restrained braces were used to solve the problem of building height exceeding the limit after transformation.At the same time,the damping ratio of the structure was improved,the earthquake action was reduced,the reinforcement amount of the structure was reduced to a certain extent,and the economic benefit of the project was improved.The frame column was reinforced by the external clad steel method,which not only solves the problem of column axial pressure ratio exceeding the limit,but also improves the column bearing capacity.Through the above measures,the industrial structure is transformed into a civil building,and at the same time,the original industrial style is retained,which has certain significance for reinforcement and reconstruction projects.
