摘 要:为提高电火花线切割机床的静动态性能,提出一种工作台筋板结构优化设计方法。在工作台底部设计不同形状和不同密度筋板,对相同密度不同形状筋板的工作台进行比较,得出静动态性能最优的筋板形状;从不同密度相同形状筋板的工作台中比较,得到适合的筋板密度。用切掉的部分体积转换成设计筋板体积,求解形状和密度最优的筋板,且进一步求解合适筋板高度。在以上基础上,进行筋板尺寸优化设计,实现工作台轻量化。研究结果表明:提出的筋板结构优化设计方法可行,所设计的井字形状筋板工作台静动态性能相对最优,优化后工作台的质量比原工作台减少2.28%,最大总变形量减少3.00%,最大等效应力减少5.28%,第一阶固有频率提高4.99%。In order to improve the static and dynamic performance of electric discharge wire cutting machine tools,an optimization design method for the structure of workbench rib plate is presented.Rib plates,with different shapes and densities,at the bottom of the workbench are designed,and the shape of the rib plate with optimal static and dynamic performance is obtained through comparing workbenches to rib plates with the same density and different shapes.Comparing rib plates with different densities and shapes on workbenches,the appropriate rib plate density is obtained.After converting the volume of the cut part into the volume of the designed rib plate,the rib plate with the optimal shape and density is found,and the appropriate rib plate height is solved further.The size optimization design of the rib plate is carried out to achieve lightweight of the workbench.The research results show that the proposed optimization design method of the workbench rib plate structure is feasible and the static and dynamic performance of the designed#-shaped rib plate workbench is relatively optimal.After optimization,the mass of the workbench is reduced by 2.28%compared to the original workbench,the maximum total deformation is reduced by 3.00%,the maximum equivalent stress is reduced by 5.28%,and the first order natural frequency is increased by 4.99%.
