摘  要:为了能够提升轻卡车型的安全性能,基于碰撞能量管理(CEM)提出了车辆耐撞性设计原则:有限空间内对刚性区域和吸能区域进行合理规划,从而保证乘员的生存空间。随后针对商用车正面双A柱撞击试验这一新兴测试工况,将该设计原则应用在了某轻卡驾驶室结构优化中,提出了优化策略并细化了工程优化方案。仿真和实车试验结果表明:优化方案在改善生存空间侵入量方面取得了很好的效果。因此,该设计原则及其优化策略可为商用车驾驶室耐撞性优化指明方向。In order to improve the safety performance of light truck models,this paper proposes a design principle for vehicle crashworthiness based on collision energy management(CEM).Reasonable planning of rigid and energy absorbing areas within a limited space is conducted to ensure the survival space of passengers.Subsequently,in response to the emerging testing condition of commercial vehicle frontal double A-pillar impact test,this design principle is applied to the structural optimization of a certain light truck cab.Optimization strategies are proposed and engineering optimization plans are refined.The simulation and test results indicate that the optimization scheme has achieved good results in improving the intrusion of living space.Therefore,this design principle and its optimization strategy can provide direction for optimizing the crashworthiness of commercial vehicle cabs.
