摘 要:为简便、高效检测水环境中的Sb(Ⅲ),以芘为荧光生色团,设计合成小分子荧光探针Py-P,并证实Py-P的化学结构;测试Py-P的热稳定性、溶剂稳定性和机械力稳定性,并分析Py-P在二甲基亚砜(DMSO)-H_(2)O混合体系中的发光行为及其对Sb(Ⅲ)的荧光检测效果。结果表明:Py-P具有较好的热稳定性,且在不同有机溶剂中、不同机械力作用下,均可保持稳定的发光性能;在DMSO-H_(2)O混合体系中,Py-P呈现出二聚体发光性能;当体系水含量为70%、Py-P浓度为50μmol/L时,在Sb(Ⅲ)与Py-P功能基团络合作用的促进下,Py-P对Sb(Ⅲ)具有最佳的荧光增强检测效果,荧光增强倍数最高可达12.55,检测限低至1.29μmol/L,且检测过程不受其他常见金属离子的干扰,具有较好的专一性和选择性。该研究可为Sb(Ⅲ)检测荧光探针的开发提供一定的技术参考。Py-P,a simple fluorescent probe,was designed and synthesized by using pyrene as fluorogen to achieve the simple and efficient detection of Sb(Ⅲ).The chemical structure of Py-P was confirmed,its thermal stability,solvent stability,and mechanical stability were tested,its fluorescent property in the mixtures of DMSO and H_(2)O were characterized,and its fluorescent response to Sb(Ⅲ)was investigated.The results showed that,Py-P presented good thermal stability,and its luminescence performance could be maintained in different organic solvents as well as under mechanical forces.In the mixtures of DMSO and H_(2)O,Py-P could emit excimer fluorescence.When the water fraction of the mixture was 70%,and the concentration of Py-P was 50μmol/L,Py-P displayed the optimal enhanced fluorescent response to Sb(Ⅲ)owing to the coordination between Sb(Ⅲ)and the functional group of Py-P,with the highest emission enhancement reaching 12.55,and the lowest detection limit being 1.29μmol/L.What′s more,the detection process was not influenced by other kind of cations,indicating its good selectivity and specificity.This study can provide some technical reference for the development of fluorescence probes for Sb(Ⅲ)detection.
