摘 要:日益复杂的劳动关系是引发社会矛盾的重要因素,是社会治理中的重要一环。近年来因新型、复杂劳动关系导致一些突发性事件,引发劳政关系和资政关系的重新构建,应着力解决非传统安全危机,提升各级政府的执政能力。本文基于核心概念的劳动关系分析框架,着重分析劳资关系、劳政关系与资政关系的转变与演化。同时,通过减少劳资纠纷、谨防劳资矛盾转化、缓解政策不当导致的紧张资政关系,得出劳动关系的变化规律。Increasingly complex labor relations are a major source of social conflict and an important part of social governance.In recent years,the emergence of new and complex labor relations has led to a number of sudden events involving the reconstruction of labor-management relations and capital-management relations,and efforts should be made to address non-traditional security crisis factors to enhance the governing capacity of governments at all levels.Based on the analytical framework of labor relations based on core concepts,this paper focuses on the transformation and evolution of labor relations,labor-government relations and capital-government relations.At the same time,it draws a pattern of change in labor relations by reducing labor disputes,preventing the transformation of labor-management conflicts,and easing the tensions in management-political relations caused by inappropriate policies.
