摘 要:防空导弹结构轻量化技术是提升导弹续航能力与机动性能的关键技术,对未来国防装备发展具有重要意义。本文分析了防空导弹的结构组成和服役环境;总结了结构优化设计中尺寸优化、形状优化和拓扑优化的理论和应用进展;列举了高性能金属材料与树脂基、陶瓷基、金属基复合材料等高强轻质材料在导弹中的应用;介绍了金属近净成型技术、增材制造技术以及复合材料成型技术等先进制造工艺技术;针对当下防空导弹轻量化技术所面临的挑战,指出了未来的主要发展方向。Structural lightweight is a critical technology to improve endurance time and maneuvering performance for the anti-aircraft missile,which is of great significance for the future development of defense equipment.The structure and service environment of the anti-aircraft missile were analyzed in this study.Then,the progress of theory and application of structural optimization methods including size optimization,shape optimization and topology optimization were also studied.The applications of high performance lightweight materials such as metallic material,polymer matrix composites,ceramic matrix composites and metal matrix composites in missiles were reviewed.Finally,advanced manufacturing technologies including near net shape forming technology,additive manufacturing technology,and composite material molding technology were introduced.This paper presents the current challenges faced by the lightweight technology of anti-aircraft missiles,and the trends of research in the future are explained.
