摘 要:为避免钢桥验算中忽略桥面系的计算导致在极端情况可能发生失稳、疲劳破坏的问题,文章对钢桥空间设计理论进行介绍,提出钢桥桥面系需进行强度与抗疲劳验算的观点;以连续钢箱梁桥为例,判断了加劲肋刚柔性,计算了剪力滞折减系数与不稳定折减系数,得到第一体系与第二体系叠加应力,并依据叠加原理进行验算;建立了疲劳Ⅰ、Ⅲ模型,完成了钢箱梁桥抗疲劳验算,根据规范进行了腹板与支撑加劲肋的验算。计算结果表明:箱梁在受压区桥面板宜采用闭口加劲肋;不能忽略钢桥分析理论得到的第二体系最大压应力;运营中应注意车辆限载。本文分析过程可为同类型钢箱梁设计提供指导。In order to avoid the problems of instability and fatigue failure which may occur in extreme cases due to ignoring the calculation of deck system in the checking calculation of steel bridge,firstly,the space design theory of steel bridge is introduced,and the point of view that the strength and fatigue checking calculation of deck system of steel bridge is proposed.Then,taking continuous steel box girder bridge as an example,the stiffness flexibility of stiffeners is judged,the shear lag reduction coefficient and instability reduction coefficient are calculated,and the superimposed stress of the first system and the second system is obtained,and the calculation is carried out according to the superimposed principle.Thirdly,the fatigue modelsⅠandⅢare established,and the anti-fatigue calculation of steel box girder bridge is completed.Finally,the web and support stiffeners are checked according to the specification.The results show that closed stiffeners should be used in the bridge panel of the box girder in the compression zone.The maximum compressive stress of the second system obtained from the analysis theory of steel bridge cannot be ignored.Attention should be paid to vehicle load limit in operation;The calculation and analysis process is instructive to the design of the same type steel box girder.
