摘　　要：全过程咨询模式有助于项目投资决策的科学、高效和项目管理的规范、精准。文章考虑当前全过程咨询模式的影响因素,借助系统动力学方法,构建因果回路图与存量流量图来厘清影响因素间的作用路径与反馈机制,在将相关参数进行量化后仿真出全过程咨询模式的发展变化趋势,模拟反馈参数调整后对全过程咨询规模的动态变化结果。最终选择最优路径,借助加大政策引导力度、加快行业标准规范体系建设等方式,来推动全过程咨询模式在政府投资项目中的发展,助力未来全过程工程咨询行业的健康发展。The whole process consulting mode can help the scientific and efficient investment decision-making and the standardized and accurate project management.Considering the influencing factors of the whole process consulting mode,the article constructs the causal loop diagram and stock flow diagram with the help of system dynamics method to clarify the role of influencing factors and the feedback mechanism,and then simulates the development trend of the whole process consulting mode after quantifying the relevant parameters,and simulates the dynamic change of the scale of the whole process consulting mode after the adjustment of the feedback parameters.Finally,theoptimal path is chosen to promote the development of the whole process consulting mode in government investment projects by increasing the policy guidance and accelerating the construction of industry standards and norms,which will contribute to the healthy development of the whole process engineering consulting industry in the future.
