摘 要:根据某大型复杂环形薄壁机匣铸件的结构特征及工艺性分析,设计了特征件铸造工艺,并利用有限元分析软件对铸件充型凝固过程进行了数值模拟。根据数值模拟结果,预测了可能产生缺陷的部位,并对浇注和补缩系统进行了改进。最后通过特征件工艺试验,验证了数值模拟结果的准确性和改进方案的可行性。According to the structural characteristics and its process property analysis for a large complex annular thin-walled case casting,the casting process for a characteristic part was designed,and the mold filling and solidification processes of the characteristic part casting were numerically simulated by finite element analysis software.The positions of defects possibly generated were predicted based on the numerical simulation results,and the gating and feeding systems were optimized.Finally,the accuracy of the numerical simulation results and feasibility of the improvement scheme were verified through the process tests of the characteristic parts.
