摘  要:pH响应型智能膜在智能分离脱除、释放控制、传感器等领域具有重要的应用前景,本文以聚丙烯腈为原料制备了具有纳米纤维结构的pH响应膜。首先借助静电纺丝法制备了聚丙烯腈静电纺纤维膜,经热交联处理后在碱性条件下水解,制备得到pH响应型聚丙烯腈基纤维膜,探索了交联温度对聚丙烯腈纳米纤维膜形貌结构及力学性能的影响,并对改性后聚丙烯腈基纤维膜的pH响应性能进行测试。结果表明:聚丙烯腈纤维膜在经过热交联处理后以及碱性条件水解后,仍能够保持较好的纳米纤维形貌;在热处理过程中发生环化交联反应,热处理温度对纤维膜的力学性能有着重要影响,当热处理温度为230℃时,纳米纤维膜断裂强度最大,为9.63±0.54 MPa;碱性条件水解后得到的聚丙烯腈基静电纺纤维膜含有大量羧基,对pH能够快速响应。聚丙烯腈基纤维膜在酸性环境中尺寸可收缩40%且达到稳定,响应时间仅为3s,且在碱性条件下能够快速恢复。pH responsive smart membranes have wide application perspective in fields such as intelligent separation and removal,controlled release,and sensors.In this study,a pH responsive membrane based on polyacrylonitrile(PAN)with nanofiber structure was prepared.PAN nanofiber membrane was prepared by electrospinning technique and the pH-responsive PAN-based nanofiber membrane was obtained by the heat treatment and hydrolysis under alkaline condition.The influence of heat treatment temperature on the PAN nanofiber membrane surface morphology,infrared structure and mechanical property were measured.And the pH-responsive property of modified PAN-based electropsun hydrogel membrane was characterized.The results showed that PAN electrospun membrane still maintained good nanofiber morphology afer heat treatment and hydrolysis.Crosslinking reaction of PAN nanofiber membrane occurred in heat treatment process,and the heat temperature had an great in important influence on PAN nanofiber membrane strength.When the heat temperature reached 230 C,PAN nanofiber membrane exhibited the maximum of 9.63±0.54 MPa.Affer hydrolysis,PAN-based electropsun hydrogel membrane with abundant carboxy group was obtained and it exhibited fast pH responsive property.The dimension shrinkage reached 40%with 3 seconds when exposed to acid solution and recovered quickly in alkaline condition.
