摘  要:检测人体血液中的葡萄糖对糖尿病的诊断和治疗具有重要意义。通过引入不同咪唑类配体,利用一步水热法合成了一系列镍锌层状双金属氢氧化物(NiZn-LDH),探究了这些配体对NiZn-LDH形貌的影响。采用X射线粉末衍射和扫描电镜对其进行结构表征,利用电化学工作站进行电化学传感测试。2-甲基咪唑辅助合成的超薄NiZn-LDH纳米片具有葡萄糖检测灵敏度高(1708.5μA·mM^(-1)·cm^(-2))、检出限低(0.31μM)、响应时间短(小于3 s)、抗干扰和可重复性优异等特点,可用于真实血清样品中葡萄糖检测。Detection of glucose in human blood is important for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.A series of nickelzinc layered bimetallic hydroxide(NiZn-LDH)materials were synthesized using a onestep hydrothermal method by introducing different imidazolium ligands,and the effect of different imidazolium ligands on the morphology of NiZn-LDH was explored.X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used for structural characterization,and electrochemical sensing tests were performed using an electrochemical workstation.The 2-Methylimidazole-assisted assembly of ultrathin NiZn-LDH nanosheets exhibit high glu-cose detection sensitivity(1708.5μA·mM^(-1)·cm^(-2)),low detection limit(0.31μM),short response time(less than 3 s),immunity to interferences,and excellent reusability,enabling practical glucose detection in real serum samples.
