摘 要:从研究不同分子结构的SBS与基质沥青的相容性着手,通过溶胀实验和改性后沥青性能的变化来选择适宜的沥青改性剂。首先对不同的SBS在烘箱加热条件下进行溶胀实验,从溶胀温度、时间、SBS分子结构三方面分析了其对溶胀行为的影响;其次通过物理混合的方法将四种分子结构的SBS对基质沥青进行改性,对改性沥青三大指标、红外光谱和热重分析等分别进行性能的比较探究。结果表明:当加热温度高于140℃时,溶胀行为加快;线型结构的SBS改性剂与基质沥青更容易发生溶胀;高质量分数SBS改性之后的沥青性能明显提高;线型SBS188改性之后的沥青三大指标效果较好;改性之后的热稳定性有所提高。In order to study the compatibility of different SBS with matrix asphalt,the suitable modifier was selected.Firstly,the swelling experiments of dfferent SBS were carried out under the condition of oven heating,and the effects of swelling temperature,time and SBS structure on swelling behavior were analyzed.Secondly,four SBS and matrix asphalt were modified by physical mixing method,and the three indexes,infrared spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis of modified asphalt were compared and explored re-spectively.The results show that:When the heating temperature is higher than 140°,the swelling behavior is accelerated;Linear SBS modifier and matrix asphalt are more likely to swell;The performance of asphalt modified by high concentration SBS is obvious-ly improved;The results of three indexes of asphalt modified by linear SBS188 are better;After modification,the thermal stability was improved.
