摘　　要：目的:分析院前急性消化道出血患者特点及诊疗,为提高急性消化道出血患者院前急救成功率制定对策。方法:分析连云港市急救中心自2023年1月至12月院前救治65例急性消化道出血患者的临床资料,对其院前发病原因、急救结果等进行分析。结果:通过科学有效的院前救治,65例急性消化道患者均顺利完成院前救治,成功送达救治医院。结论:积极正确的院前救治,可降低急性消化道出血的病死率。Objective To analyze the characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute gastrointestinal bleeding before hospital,and to formulate countermeasures to improve the success rate of emergency treatment for patients with acute gastrointestinal bleeding before hospital.Methods The clinical data of 65 patients with acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated before hospital in Lianyungang Emergency Center from January to December 2023 were analyzed,and the causes of their prehospital onset and first-aid results were analyzed.Results Through scientific and effective pre-hospital treatment,65 cases of acute digestive tract patients successfully completed pre-hospital treatment and successfully sent to the hospital.Conclusion Active and correct pre-hospital treatment can reduce the mortality of acute gastrointestinal bleeding.
