摘 要:为保证烧结高效稳定生产,针对三钢常用的八种铁矿粉的高温基础性能进行了相关研究。研究结果表明,矿种和铁氧化物赋存形态的不同均会影响到矿粉的高温基础性能,A 1矿粉内部褐铁矿含量较高,高温反应性较好,最低同化温度较低;磁铁矿粉的最低同化温度都达到了1300℃以上,液相生成能力和流动能力都较好,尤其B 1液相流动性指数达到了5.59,各铁矿粉之间存在烧结互补特性。研究铁矿石的高温基础特性为优化烧结配矿提供了技术依据,基于检测结果,确定了矿粉配比为外购富矿粉∶国内精矿粉=8∶2,后续可根据性价比对配比进行微调。In order to ensure efficient and stable production of sintering,the paper studied the basic properties of 8 kinds of iron ore powders commonly used in Sansteel at high temperature.The results show that the different mineral species and iron oxide occurrence form will affect the high temperature basic performance of the mineral powder.The A 1 powder has higher limonite content,better high temperature reactivity,and lower minimum assimilation temperature.The minimum assimilation temperature of magnetite powder has reached more than 1300℃,but the liquid phase formation ability and flow ability are good.Especially,the fluidity index of B 1 liquid phase reaches 5.59,and there are sintering complementary characteristics between iron ore powders.The research on the high temperature basic characteristics of iron ore provides a technical basis for optimizing the sintering ore blending.Based on the test results,the matching scheme between various types of iron ore powders is determined.The ratio of ore powder is added according to the ratio of purchased rich ore powder and domestic concentrate powder with 8∶2,and the ratio can be fine-tuned according to the cost performance ratio.
