摘  要:为避免医院应急设备闲置导致的资产浪费,该研究设计了一套基于窄带物联网(NBIoT)的应急设备(呼吸机、除颤仪等)调配系统。系统可通过监控终端自动采集科室调用应急设备的用电信息,并将相关数据通过物联网云平台上传至阿里云数据库进行数据分析,进而判断设备的开关机时间和使用状态。其中,系统的关键硬件为监控终端,系统其他部分均为成熟的物联网产品,如物联网云平台、阿里云数据库等。监控终端的设计思路是单片机系统负责协调终端各个组件的工作,电流采集芯片检测设备用电信号,NBIoT无线模块负责通信。实际应用结果显示,系统有效提高了医院应急设备的利用率,避免了设备闲置,减轻了设备调配人员的工作压力,有效保证了应急设备调配工作正常、有效进行。To avoid asset waste caused by idle emergency equipment in hospitals,a set of emergency equipment(ventilators,defibrillators,etc.)deployment system based on narrow band internet of things(NBIoT)was designed,in this study.The system could automatically collect electricity usage information of emergency equipment invoked by departments through monitoring terminals,and upload relevant data to Alibaba Cloud database for data analysis through the Internet of Things cloud platform,thereby determining the on/off time and usage status of the equipment.Among them,the key hardware of the system was the monitoring terminal,and other parts of the system were already mature IoT products,such as IoT cloud platforms,Alibaba Cloud databases,etc.The design concept of the monitoring terminal was that the microcontroller system was responsible for coordinating the work of various components of the terminal,the current acquisition chip detected the electrical signals of the equipment,and the NBIoT wireless module was responsible for communication.The actual application results showed that the system effectively improved the utilization rate of emergency equipment in hospitals,avoided idle equipment,reduced the work pressure of equipment allocation personnel,and effectively ensured the normal and effective operation of emergency equipment allocation work.
