4种消毒剂对规模化奶牛场常见病原菌消毒效果的评价

摘　　要：试验旨在探讨常见消毒剂对规模化奶牛场环境气载和动物体表优势病原菌的杀灭效果,为进一步制定科学合理的消毒技术规范提供参考。研究以优势病原菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、产气荚膜梭菌)为指示菌,通过悬液定性和定量试验探讨常见消毒剂(安灭杀、辉胜-30、过硫酸氢钾、聚维酮碘)对细菌繁殖体的杀灭效果。结果显示,1∶100倍稀释的安灭杀消毒液作用1、20及5 min能够有效杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌、产气荚膜梭菌和大肠杆菌;1∶200倍稀释的辉胜-30消毒液作用10、20及15 min能够有效杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌、产气荚膜梭菌和大肠杆菌;1∶200倍稀释的过硫酸氢钾消毒液作用3、5、5 min能够有效杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌、产气荚膜梭菌和大肠杆菌;1∶400倍稀释的聚维酮碘消毒液作用15、20、20 min能够有效杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌、产气荚膜梭菌和大肠杆菌。研究表明,金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌对安灭杀消毒液敏感,产气荚膜梭菌对过硫酸氢钾复合物粉较敏感,4种消毒剂宜交替使用可避免耐药性菌株的产生。The purpose of this experiment was to explore the efficacy of common disinfectants in killing dominant pathogens on airborne environment and animal surface in large-scale dairy farms,and to provide a reference for further formulating scientific and reasonable disinfection technical specifications.In the study,the dominant pathogens(Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,and Clostridium perfringens)were used as indicator bacteria,and the killing effect of common disinfectants(compound glutaral solution,Huisheng-30,potassium bisulfate,and povidone iodine)on bacterial propagules was discussed by suspension qualitative and quantitative tests.The results showed that 1∶100 times diluted compound glutaral solution disinfectant could effectively kill Staphylococcus aureus,Clostridium perfringens,and Escherichia coli after 1,20,5 min.The disinfectant solution diluted by 1∶200 times could effectively kill Staphylococcus aureus,Clostridium perfringens,and Escherichia coli after 10,20,15 min treatment.1:200 times diluted potassium bisulfate disinfectant could effectively kill Staphylococcus aureus,Clostridium perfringens,and Escherichia coli after 3,5,5 min treatment.Povidone iodine disinfectant diluted 1:400 times could effectively kill Staphylococcus aureus,Clostridium perfringens,and Escherichia coli after treatment for 15,20,20 min.The results indicates that Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were sensitive to compound glutaral solution,while Clostridium perfringens was sensitive to potassium persulfate complex powder.The four disinfectants should be used alternately to avoid the emergence of drug-resistant strains.
