白头翁超微粉干预河流型水牛犊牛腹泻的效果研究

摘　　要：试验旨在探究饲喂不同水平的白头翁超微粉对河流型水牛犊牛的平均日增重、腹泻情况、血常规及血液免疫指标的影响。选取120头7日龄健康犊牛,随机分成4组,每组30个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组犊牛饲喂基础牛乳(不添加白头翁超微粉),试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组分别添加5、10、15 g/(头·d)的白头翁超微粉,随日龄增加每头犊牛每餐饲喂牛乳量约2.5~5.0 kg。试验期30 d,初乳期7 d,初乳期后第1 d至第3 d连续饲喂添加白头翁超微粉的牛乳,第4 d至第7 d饲喂基础牛乳,自初乳期后进行3个循环的饲喂。结果显示,试验Ⅲ组犊牛的末重、平均日增重显著高于对照组、试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组腹泻率最高,为20.00%;对照组腹泻率为16.67%;试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组腹泻率均为13.33%。对照组腹泻死亡率为3.57%,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组腹泻死亡率均为0。各组犊牛血液中白细胞数目(WBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M (IgM)等血常规及血液免疫指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究表明,有规律地添加10~15 g/(头·d)白头翁超微粉能够达到增加犊牛日增重和减少腹泻的作用。The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different levels of Radix pulsatillae ultrafine powder on average daily gain,diarrhea,blood routine,and blood immune indexes of river buffalo calves.120 seven-day-old healthy calves were randomly divided into four groups,30 repelicates in each group and one calf in each replicate.Calves in the control group were fed basic milk(without Radix pulsatillae ultrafine powder),the groupⅠ,groupⅡ,and groupⅢwere fed 5,10,and 15 g/(calves·d)Radix pulsatillae ultrafine powder,respectively,and the milk amount per meal of each calf increased with age by about 2.5~5.0 kg.The experimental period was 30 days,and the colostrum period was seven days.Milk with Radix pulsatillae ultrafine powder was fed continuously from the first day to the third day after the colostrum period,and basic milk was fed from the fourth day to the seventh day.Three cycles of feeding were carried out after the colostrum period.The results showed that the final weight and average daily gain of calves in the groupⅢwere significantly higher than those in the control group and groupⅠ(P<0.05).The diarrhea rate in the groupⅠwas the highest,which was 20.00%.The diarrhea rate in the control group was 16.67%.The diarrhea rate of the groupⅡand groupⅢwas 13.33%.The mortality rate of diarrhea in the control group was 3.57%,and that in the groupⅠ,groupⅡ,and groupⅢwas 0.There was no significant difference in blood routine and blood immune indexes such as WBC,HGB,IgG,IgA,IgM among the groups(P>0.05).The results showed that adding 10~15 g/(calves·d)Radix pulsatillae ultrafine powder regularly could increase daily gain and reduce diarrhea of calves.
