摘　　要：刘玲教授针对外邪、痰湿、内风、瘀血等不同的致麻因素,从营卫、脾气、阳气、肝气等角度探讨从气论治麻木,并在此基础上,配合参苓白术散、补中益气汤、柴胡疏肝散、天麻钩藤饮、黄芪桂枝五物汤、补阳还五汤等经典名方,以期为麻木提供有益的治疗思路,帮助患者提高生活质量。Professor Liu Ling analyzed and discussed the theoretical basis of treating numbness with Qi from the perspectives of Yingwei,Spleen-Qi,Yang-Qi and Liver-Qi in view of different factors causing anesthesia,such as external evil,phlegm dampness,internal wind and blood stasis.Under the guidance of this theory,she combined Shenling Baizhu Powder,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Buhu Shugan Powder,Tianma Guteng drink,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction,Buyang Huanwu Decoction and other classic prescriptions.In order to provide useful treatment ideas for numbness,help patients to improve the quality of life.
