摘　　要：甘西鼠尾草是一味药用价值较高的中药材,为丹参替代品广泛应用于临床。其含有萜类、酚酸类、挥发油、氨基酸和苷类等化学成分,具有抗炎、抑菌、抗氧化、抗心脑血管疾病等药理作用。通过查阅国内外相关文献,对甘西鼠尾草的化学成分和药理作用进行归纳总结,并对其质量标志物进行预测,以期为甘西鼠尾草进一步深入开发研究和临床应用提供参考。Salviae przewalskii is a Chinese herbal medicine with high medicinal value.It is widely used in clinic as a substitute for Salvia miltiorrhiza.Salviae przewalskii mainly contains terpenes,phenolic acids,volatile oils,amino acids,glycosides and other active ingredients,it has some significant pharmacological effects,such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antioxidant,cardio-cerebral vascular disease and so on.Referring to relevant literature at home and abroad,the chemical compositions and pharmacological effects of Salviae przewalskii were summarized,and the quality markers were predicted and analyzed.It provide a reference for further research and clinical application of Salviae przewalskii.
