黄马酊联合雷公藤多苷片治疗免疫性小血管炎慢性创面临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察黄马酊联合雷公藤多苷片治疗免疫性小血管炎慢性创面的临床疗效。方法:42例免疫性小血管炎患者按随机数字表分成对照组21例和观察组21例。对照组给予基础常规治疗和醋酸泼尼松片,创面局部予以黄马酊治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加雷公藤多苷片口服。结果:两组患者治疗后创面面积均减少,愈合率提高,伯明翰血管炎性活动性评分均降低,而观察组优于治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后hs-CRP、ESR均下降,血清VEGF水平增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组hs-CRP、ESR均低于对照组,血清VEGF水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:黄马酊联合雷公藤的使用能降低免疫性小血管炎活动性,减轻炎症反应,促进血管生成,提高创面愈合率。Objective:To observe the clinical observation of Huangma tincture combined with Tripterygium wilfordii glycosides capsules in the treatment of Small-Vessel Vasculitis.Methods:42 patients were randomly divided into control group(n=21) and observation group(n=21).Both groups were given basic routine treatment and prednisone acetate tablets,local wounds were treated with Huangma tincture,and the observation group was treated with Tripterygium wilfordii glycosides capsules.Results:After treatment,the wound area decreased,the healing rate increased,and the Birmingham vasculitis activity score decreased in both groups,but the observation group was better than the treatment group(P<0.01).Meanwhile,the inflammatory markers hs-CRP,ESR decreased and the level of serum VEGF increased in the two groups.The level of hs-CRP,ESR in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of serum VEGF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Huangma tincture combined with Tripterygium wilfordii glycosides capsules can reduce the activity of immune vasculitis,reduce inflammatory reaction,promote angiogenesis and improve the wound healing rate.
