杜仲腰痛丸联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗腰椎退行性病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察杜仲腰痛丸联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗腰椎退行性病变的临床疗效。方法:收集某院诊断为腰椎退行性病变的患者72例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合杜仲腰痛丸进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后VAS、M-JOA、ODI、ROM、CT等指标,进行数据分析。结果:治疗前,两组患者VAS、M-JOA、ODI、ROM、CT等各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS、ODI均较治疗前明显下降,且观察组下降幅度比对照组更大(P<0.05);两组M-JOA、ROM、CT较治疗前均升高,观察组升高幅度比对照组更大(P<0.05);两组患者改良MacNab疗效均有改善,且观察组改良情况比对照组更佳(P<0.05);两组患者总有效率均有改善,观察组总有效率达到91.67%,明显高于对照组的72.22%(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:杜仲腰痛丸联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗腰椎退行性病变临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Duzhong Yaotong Pill and Glucosamine Hydrochloride Tablet on lumbar degenerative lesions.Methods:Baiyin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine collect-ed 72 patients diagnosed as lumbar degenerative lesions,and the collected cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with the administration of the control group.Comparing VAS,M-JOA,ODI,ROM,CT and other indicators for data analysis.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS,M-JOA,ODI,ROM,and CT between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS and ODI in both groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);M-JOA,ROM,and CT were both higher than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The efficacy of the modified MacNab was improved in both patient groups,However,the efficacy of improved MacNab in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total response rate was improved in both groups,However,The total response rate of patients in both groups was improved,but the total response rate of the observation group reached 91.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group by 72.22%(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Duzhong Yaotong Pill and Glucosamine Hydrochloride Tablet are clinically effective in the treatment of lumbar degenerative lesions,which is worthy of its application in clinical practice.
